LynAllan Unlimited strives to provide you with excellent customer service and quality merchandise. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the ship date. Merchandise returns are subject to the following conditions:
► You can initiate a return in two different ways below:
• Login to your account. Click "order history". Click "view" under status. Click the "return symbol" next to the item(s) you wish to return. Fill out the form and submit. We will make a note on your account of the activity. Please enclose a copy of your receipt with the return. Insurance is strongly recommended as we cannot be responsible for lost packages while in transit to us.
• Click on the returns link at the bottom of any page under "Customer Service" and complete the form. We will make a note on your account of the activity. Please enclose a copy of your receipt with the return. Insurance is strongly recommended as we cannot be responsible for lost packages while in transit to us.
► All original tags must be attached, the item must be in the same unworn and unlaundered condition as received, without the smell of smoke and free of pet hair. Please package the item to protect from harm while shipping as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us.
► Sale items purchased at 50% off or more are considered a Final Sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
► Sale items purchased at 25%-50% off are considered non-refundable. However, we will gladly exchange it for a different size of the same item (subject to availability) or issue a store credit good toward a future purchase.
►***Shipping Fees are non-refundable.***
► Please allow up to 30 days for processing of returns. If you have not received a refund or store credit within this time please feel free to contact us. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment (less shipping) and minus a 10% restocking fee to cover handling and processing. Exchanges are subject to availability of the item requested.
► We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
Any merchandise shipped to LynAllan Unlimited past the 30 days will not be credited, exchanged, or returned to you.
Orders shipped with free shipping WILL have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your refund/return credit.
Please note: LynAllan Unlimited stands behind the quality of our products. Please take note that some of our children's apparel is quite delicate and may not hold up well with active toddlers or heavy washing. Please check your washing instructions. We are unable to accept returns on items that were damaged while worn, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up after being worn. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returning items. Please wrap your package securely, enclosing the receipt with the item. LynAllan recomends shipping returned merchandise via UPS, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post for tracking purposes. LynAllan does not take responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled. Please not that LynAllan will not accept any packages that are sent C.O.D.
